In case your vehicle has reached the end of its useful life and you intend to dispose of it permanently, you should follow the current WASTE ACT, which defines the obligation of the last owner of a wreck registered in the Vehicle Register to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. If you want to avoid any inconvenience with the authorities, it is in the interest of every car owner to dispose of the car in a timely and environmentally sound manner.

According to Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste:

Obligations of the owner of a car wreck

Anyone disposing of car wrecks is obliged to hand over the car wreck only to persons who are operators of facilities for the collection, purchase, processing, use, disposal and disposal of car wrecks. The costs associated with the disposal of an unclaimed parked automobile that had to be disposed of as a junk car shall be paid to the municipality by the last owner of the vehicle.
Our company has the necessary valid certificates and permits. We will issue you a document on the ecological disposal of your vehicle.On the basis of this document the vehicle will be permanently removed from the register.
